My brand management consultancies are focused on practical and realistic solutions. I conduct sessions both online and in-person, with a strong preference for face-to-face interactions, allowing for a deeper and more direct understanding of each client's specific needs.
The objective is to understand, and perhaps provide — whenever possible — clear insights on what the next steps would be to tackle current market challenges.
Each step is considered carefully, so that you and I, as a client company, can jointly consider strategic possibilities, recognizing that the brand positioning process is a long-term investment and that immediate results can be initial and incremental.
Consulting Methodology
The consulting methodology is clear and objective, focused on deeply understanding the company's needs and providing practical and realistic recommendations. It is divided into three stages.
First Stage
First Online Meeting
Understanding the Client Company's Objective: Initial understanding of brand objectives and challenges.
Time
3 hours, this is the average time I consider necessary to grasp the company's needs and objectives.
Global Analysis
After one week, I send a comprehensive reading of my understanding, cross-referencing the meeting information with a detailed research to build an evaluation.
Analysis Format
The analysis will be structured in a detailed document and a private video, ensuring clarity and a comprehensive understanding of the results and recommendations.
Alignment and Continuity
After sending the initial analysis, a second meeting will be held for discussion and comprehension.
Discussions
Discussion of initial insights, identification of critical areas, and potential for future collaborations.
Number of Participants
Up to 5 people are allowed in the meeting to ensure effective communication and avoid information overload.
Confidentiality
All structure, from consultancy to global management, will have a confidentiality agreement.
Recording of the Meeting
The meeting is recorded, and client companies will have access to the recording up to two hours after the meeting ends.
Perception Discussion
Return to discuss and validate the initial analysis. Verification of the consistency between the information collected in the first meeting and the detailed research.
Alignment and Adjustments
Adjustment of strategies as necessary to ensure they are aligned with the client's objectives.
Final Report
Sending a detailed final report, including all recommendations and discussed strategies
Second Stage
Client Analysis
The client analyzes the final report and the provided recommendations.
Project Decision
The client decides whether to proceed with a specific brand management project
Outsourced Management
The client decides whether to hire outsourced management to implement the recommendations.
Third Stage
Budget
Upon the agreement of the final budget, the consultancy fee will be paid as follows: 50% at the start of the meeting, and 50% upon delivery of the analysis, for the release of the document password

Invoice
The invoice can be accounted for in the marketing budget of your company. Valid for Brazil, according to the tax regulations of your country to verify feasibility.
